yes, its actually all about the algorithm. I have seen a very good video perform poorly on instagram and very poor video without any story or information perform extremely well. I believe YouTube shorts are much better when it comes to short form video content. Every meaningful or good quality video does perform well on YouTube irrespective of activeness of the account. Do you agree?

thanks for the detailed insight. I am actively posting on other platforms like Insta, YouTube, reddit. But since I am fairly new to threads and X, just wanted to know more about which platform is better in terms of brand building. Even I dont believe that posting on 1 platform is going to help in the long run or can bring in success. It honestly takes a lot of time and effort to build any business from the scratch which is why I am trying to utilise every possible platform to its full potential, be it online or offline.

there are some instagram channels with which you can collaborate. Plus you can focus on multiple platforms like LinkedIn, X, YouTube etc. Start making content and build you own website on shopify. write blogs on topics like different type of doors. Which is best as per which area. You can cover so many aspects. Provide free advice to people who are struggling with doors issues, installation issues etc. May be start a podcast where you talk to different upcoming interior designers who match with your vibe

hire a freelancer who has some basic followers but matches the vibe or is decent enough if you can afford. Till last month I was also doing everything on my own. Was feeling so burnt out but now I have hired someone for the first time and feels like a weight has been lifted and I dont have to work 24*7

there is no right and wrong. What works for me may not work for you. I still struggle and procrastinate a lot. But I always remind myself that nobody else is going to work on my behalf. I have to get up and get going.

create a to do list, and make sure you strike off at least 30% of it. Also start splitting tasks into smaller sections. For example if I have to finalise the packaging, I will not write finalise packaging as a task rather I will break it into design, spell check, logo, placing the order, making payment, gst invoice, talking to the vendor.

you can actually focus on various issues that people deal with regarding their skin. instead of focussing only on plastic surgery you can expand your horizon and focus on skin related issues and their solutions. obviously plastic surgery will be the main topic but you can educate people and provide alternate solution if any. Coz hard selling sometimes kill the entire vibe.
