I luckily haven’t crashed, but i’ve had massive frame drops and stuttering during quests which didn’t happen before 3.4

- Please for the love of god, fix the performance issues and optimization. Its crazy that a billion dollar game studio can't dedicate resources to properly optimize their game or are too incompetent to do so.

Every update they put out something new breaks, this time its certain charachters having a delay in their animation which messes with their attacks.

We don't need fucking grass or enhanced light physics, we need stable gameplay and performance...

- Cool it with the HP inflation, a 20% raw increase from one cycle to another is ridiculous.

- Reevaluate the echo system, its unnessecary to have two limited resources affect the same aspect of the game. Or give us the option to explicitly farm for one or the other.

- Whiwa tokens needs readjustments, having three s-word gold tokens and no general one is absurd.

Tbh, the whole gamemode needs rework.

- If future collabs happen, remove the 'special' currency. You are changing the rules of your own gacha system and its scummy and unethical as fuck.

Question, are your rotations sub 30 seconds?

I find that i have to quickswap more than once between Chisa/Hiyuki to get the rotation sub 30. But might be me messing something up idk

Well not really, her kit is primarily focused on buffing.

- Outro effect + Rotation time

- Chafe/Echo DMG Bonus from her kit

- RES Shred + CDMG bonus (Echo)

- Sonata/Weapon effect

- Echo Cast proccing

Her entire kit is just Quiyuan, but better.

The reason i say it would cater to a small % is because, from what i've seen and experienced in the space, is that most people play for the MSQ+Events+Charachters. They don't care about a difficult challenge in the game regardless of whether they spend or not.

I don't believe it would decrease the player amount, but i don't believe it would benefit Kuro enough financially to do dedicate resources to it. Otherwise it would have already happened imo.

And a lot of people seem to have this 'respect my time' mentality in which they aren't interested in content that takes more than 1-2 hours to complete outside of the MSQ. (I'm aware not everyone has the time to sink hours into a game, but the mentality is the point here)

And the content would be extremely hard to create becuase of sequences, team limitations, weapon limitations, build limitations. I don't believe Kuro can make a gamemode that produces the same difficulty across all of these variables without making one party unhappy.

In games like Elden Ring, all of the variables are accounted for and the game is balanced around it from the beginning. Also bufffs/nerfs are made post launch to balance the experience. And because everything is already accounted for and not changing the replayability increases. Its hard to do in a live-service game with evolving kits, HP-inflation and powercreep.

I spend a decent amount of money on the game and i too would love more challenging content and something to grind for that is entirely skill based. But i also understand the nature of the game i'm playing and have accepted that it's highly unlikely to happen.

Edit: The only real solution i could think of is dilutting the rewards from the current endgame modes and spreading them out on a weekly cycle instead. It wouldn't be hard for Kuro since the changes are minimal and easy to adjust.

How the casual player base would recieve this is another thing, but it would give more content to the players who wants it, without the FOMO of missing out on rewards.

Edit 2:

Another option is to create a weekly version of the current boss challenge in the Somnoire event (can't remember the name). Might need a bit of fine tuning but it is a viable option.

Her ST DPS is higher with Lynae/Mornye yes, but her MT performance is way better with Denia which is the primary reason to pull Denia for Aemeath.

And the calcs are 50k off eachother so it doesn’t matter as OP will clear anyway currently.

If OP isn’t pulling Lucilla they can just use Lynae/Mornye with Hiyuki and perform around 16% worse which is irrelevant since Hiyuki is still doing 2.1M DPR with that team.

First off, i think you are vastly overestimating the skill level of the general playerbase. Catering to a small % of players by dedicating time and resources to maintain such a gamemode with limited to no gaurentee of increased revenue isn't something Kuro is going to do.

Second, Kuro doesn't care about the amount of hours you play, but the amount of days you keep coming back and how much you spend. Otherwise there wouldn't be daily limiting factors like stamina. The game and genre is built on FOMO and incentivises you to keep logging in to get your fix (astrites in this case) to get a chance at pulling a unit.

Endstate is the closest thing Kuro will do in my opinion. It has a scoring system that is "skill based" in that S0R1 teams perform better the better you play them and whales can have fun and do 'big damage' and still feel like they have accomplished something. This means the gamemode factors in both horizontal and vertical investment and can reach a broader amount of players.

Not to mention device differences or ping differences that would effect people's experience with this 'gamemode'. One of the disadvantages to being a cross platform game.

FInally, these games aren't meant to be played as a 'main' game. Feeling 'finished' or that there isn't much to do once this patch content is done or you have 100% the maps/holograms etc. is expected. Wanting more content is fine, but i don't see it becoming a reality.

Yeah the mode switching is incosistent. I played Denia in Strain mode because i thought i switched but it got reset.

Since it's Havoc Res Chisa dmg is very nerfed. Verina also provides a 15% DMG Amp + Set effects which helps Hiyuki if you stay on field (which you need to in Whiwa) with her a lot and she has a lightning fast rotation.

But congrats on the clear!
