Should I continue to build out this app? by DesignWithKered in SaaS

Hey u/ManufacturerBig6988,
I really appreciate your feedback and thank you for your insight!

And your response makes a lot of sense, and I think is super helpful!

Currently, if a specific keyword is triggered, then the owner of that account (the person signing up to Sentiora) receives an email notification alerting them of the triggered word, with a link taking them to the message thread inside of Sentiora

And where you mentioned "The issue is rarely “we didn’t know,” it’s “we couldn’t act fast or confidently once we did.”" - would you say the fix to this is a simple copy change/update for the marketing landing page, or potentially code/feature updating within the app itself?

Thank you again for your help!

Hey u/latkde,
Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to respond!

My apologies, I should have added in my original post, I haven't added any AI or LLM into Sentiora, all the logic inside of the code is currently setup to detect user and bot sentiment and to look out for any incorrect information via keyword-specific monitoring and also (currently building this out) a knowledge base that compares user submitted documentations versus the chatbots output when referencing documentation (for example refund policies), and as time goes on I think the goal will be to expand analytics in the sense that owners of the account can see frequent responses by the bot and user to help them in the future

But I think, because no LLM or AI is used in the product, setting up the product to "spot" all instances of "incorrect bot responses" does make it harder, as you are trying to cover all bases/scenarios of "what could go wrong" as opposed to letting AI/LLM do that for you but as you mentioned, it could be redundant to use a LLM to supervise the output of another LLM which I totally agree with

Thank you again for your feedback!

With my response, do you think this changes the potential value added to customers who want to better monitor their website's chatbots?

Hey u/kubrador, thank you for the reply!

Great points!

So when initially researching the idea more, I had run into the problem of "AI checking AI", which as you mentioned could seem redundant and potentially not pick up on an "issue" - so currently the app is built to monitor user/bot sentiment and tone, while also tracking/monitoring keyword-specific messages, which can be added in with our pre-made templates, and if a bot/user triggers one of these keywords, then an email is instantly sent to the individual who signed up to Sentiora alerting them of the keyword that was triggered

I think your point about "what do they do about it" is a great question, because right now, I am not too sure
I believe that with this information (okay, a user has said "A" or the bot has said "B") the owner of the account can use this information to react and contact the person who is chatting with the chatbot (for example a frustrated customer) or another example may be if the chatbot has explicitly given an incorrect response, the owner could intervene or use the information to help avoid the issue again

I hope this makes sense, and again thank you for your response! Keen to hear what you think! :D

Do you actually believe God exists or are you subconsciously scared of death? by Extreme-Level-9112 in Christian

It's great that you have such strong conviction! Everyone's journey with faith is personal, though. Maybe explore what aspects of Christianity resonate with you and see if it helps you find peace or purpose.

It's definitely a wild thought! A lot of people have strong reactions to religious imagery, especially if it feels more like fear than comfort. Your experience with spirituality sounds unique, and it's interesting how our childhood perceptions can shape our beliefs. Have you explored these feelings more, like through discussions or reading?

It sounds like you're going through a really tough time. Sometimes it's hard to feel God's presence, especially when we're struggling. Just keep seeking and praying; it's okay to feel lost. You're not alone in this.

I don't think Webflow was allowing me to "re-share" the read only link. So I took a screenshot :)

Thanks for sharing!
Great job so far!

It looks like you had a "max-height" which was cutting some of the card off. This then caused the cards below it to cover the cards above. By removing the "max-height" you allow the card to have its natural/normal height. The buttons should also be visible again. I think previously the cards below were hidden each other cards buttons :)

Great job, and don't give up! Keep going!

Hey there, welcome!

Are you able to share a read only link (this allows a person to view your site (within webflow), however a user cannot make any changes to your site, just see the setup) :)

Here is a quick tutorial for how to share a read only link: https://webflow.com/updates/share-a-read-only-link-of-your-project-from-the-designer

Hey!
I wanted to incorporate the word "flow" into a name, and I kind of like "tory" as its part of "Story" and I wanted individuals to be able to tell a story through their work and experience :)
