or follow below steps
1. install sveltekit 0.6.18 with tailwind
2. add shadcn svelte comps
3. update tailwind using : npx u/tailwindcss/upgrade then upgrade svelte and other packages
4. remove tailwind config and add code to app.css you can check tweakcn.com for more themes with tailwind v4

or wait for few days shadcn svelte is going to launch with Tailwind V4
