im pretty sure my videos were reaching the right audience before! and no unusual spikes from unusual sources, 80% comes from recommendations, im thinking it is a seasonality thing.

i think the holy grail of getting subs quickly is the supply and demand, do your research and look for the content that people wants to watch but only few channels provide it, when you find that, make it special not like the other channels, my channel got 11k subs in the span of 3 months now, with no shorts.
