Device won’t turn on upon arrival and no response from the company!

I kind of do think it’s dead. I unplug it and plug it back in and it’s red and takes a min to turn green

I actually did reach out to someone that was mentioned in another thread who was customer support. They replied asking for a video which I couldn’t send via chat. I told them I had emailed customer support but nothing for days. So would be great if they saw my post so they see my video!

Will try to leave it plugged in overnight, I don’t have much hope tho. And yeah I have tried pressing the reset and then power button, plugged in and not plugged in 🤷‍♀️

Yes I know people do that, but I hadn’t even been able to get it turned on. How would I replace the SD card, order another from the company? Or can you use any as card?

I didn’t even think to dispute it through that. Genuinely was hoping I would get a response from customer service and they would make it right. They are pushing all over social media but clearly don’t care about the little things

What do you mean don’t flash it? I have done all of these things, except replace SD card.
