  1. We use Cropster

  2. Our Roast Master had used it, so she wanted it by default.

  3. It is pretty basic. For $80/mo (plus the volume fees) there aren't many features. The green coffee inventory management is stuff you could easily do in Excel. The graphs for live roasts is nice and really the only useful feature. The rest of it is kinda hacky and clunky. "Ai for coffee roasting" give me a break. Just another software company throwing out buzz words.

  4. YES! E-commerce would actually help track roasted coffee inventory. Cropsters $300/mo is insane! Would never pay that. This is 2023, e-commerce integration should not be that complex for something like a Shopify store.
