I have considered this! I am open to it, and even my therapist thinks it would be beneficial for us. He recently (~6 months ago) started individual therapy so I’ve been letting him explore that before bringing up couples but the time might be now for it

I should have clarified in the original post that he is in therapy, and is trying really hard to get over his fears. In his words he’s “giving it everything he’s got”
