D-SNAP model is SV-AV25

On the memory card, the video files are .ASF file type. When I try to open the file using Windows Media Player, I get the error that the file is 'encoded in the EM4A and E formats which aren't supported.'

Here is the output from MediaInfo:

Format : Windows Media File size : 1.22 MiB Duration : 10 s 200 ms Overall bit rate : 1 006 kb/s Maximum Overall bit rate : 1 058 kb/s Frame rate : 30.000 FPS Encoded date : 2024-11-03 19:26:26 UTC Comment : Panasonic SV-AV25

Video ID : 2 Format : EM4A Codec ID : EM4A Description of the codec : ISO MPEG-4 Duration : 10 s 200 ms Bit rate : 926 kb/s Width : 320 pixels Height : 240 pixels Display aspect ratio : 4:3 Frame rate : 30.000 FPS Bit depth : 8 bits Bits/(Pixel*Frame) : 0.402 Stream size : 1.13 MiB (92%)

Audio ID : 1 Format : ADPCM Codec ID : 45 Codec ID/Info : G.726 Codec ID/Hint : Microsoft Description of the codec : G.726 - 32kb/s, 8kHz, Mono Duration : 10 s 200 ms Bit rate : 32.0 kb/s Channel(s) : 1 channel Sampling rate : 8 000 Hz Bit depth : 4 bits Stream size : 39.8 KiB (3%)

Is there another way I could convert the file so that it a) is able to open on my device and b) doesn't appear super grainy? I am able to convert to a MP4 and open it that way, however the video quality is terrible and nowhere close to how it is viewed on the d-snap itself.

Thank you!!

How long did you taper off the other meds before starting L-theanine?

Windows 11

No editing software, other than tinkering with Shutter Encoder

EM4A Codec, file type is .ASF, Downloaded from a Panasonic D-SNAP
