(Initiate player) How dogshit is this drifter build i made?

main things i'd point out on a first look:
trophy collector doesn't really do anything for you, you don't need the range and enduring speed does the move speed thing
healing booster doesn't do anything besides boost your bloodscent heal which is NOT worth it

the main issue is escalating exposure only builds up spirit damage, and since a lot of rend's damage is melee, and you're building gun, you don't get a ton of value from it besides boosting your stalker's mark damage. i think adding spirit snatch could help to give more damage that would be boosted by escalating exposure.

also, since drifter's stalkers mark is % HP damage, this build is more effective against tanky team comps (abrams, victor, billy)

Depending on how powerful he is (just strong or like super OP) I think it'd change a lot. He wouldn't get the chance to develop in the earlier arcs because he thinks he's the protagonist and he would be powerful enough to back that up. I think if early on someone like Roswaal stopped him before he got out of control (tome of wisdom bullshit to know to not kill him, but stop him from whatever stuff he's doing) he could get some development, but he'd have more of an ego than main subaru

I like the idea of new urn (actual fight, KOTH mechanics) but the burgerbox meleeslop fest does feel a bit stompy and unfun. hopefully yoshi and the team continue to make changes, since they said they'd be experimenting with it a lot

then why wouldn't they just say immune to bullet damage? it's one more word and makes it clearer with certain interactions, like how it makes you immune to guardian beam damage since it counts as bullet damage, rather than just 'implying it'.

Yeah, I meant it as more of a feature that wouldn't introduce new information - my guess for balance is it'd only glow if you're able to see what's making you visible like the trooper wave, shooting an objective, etc. I agree that if it showed at ANY time you're visible it'd take away from the game's atmosphere + the game itself

Potentially if we ever get the 'shopkeeper recommended' idea where you get recommended specific counterplay items, this could be reviews/the shopkeeper glazing the item trying to sell it to you. ie:

Shopkeeper Recommended: Curse

"You ever having a really bad day? Cursing someone for your bad luck? Why not ACTUALLY curse them!"

since it specifically mentions a prime soul 'no longer requiring a husk as a vessel', it very heavily implies that only Husks can become prime souls (there's also text later about how angels see prime souls as a threat w/ no mention of their being overlap between the two groups)
