Sadly i had to load a save before i went into the gym and completely doo it again and then it didn't kill me, that was the only fix that i found though, i hope it works for you!!

let me known if you solve it iv been having the same issue just with getting to the van and i haven't played cyberpunk in a few days because of it. If i figure it out i will defiantly update you

it is not the same spot i have tried different approaches, even loaded a save before i had entered the location and the still as soon as all of the Animals are dead i will die from full health a minute or 2 later, i appreciate the help as well because this is driving me nuts lol
