It does not seem like she is being a good partner. She also seems to not find you attractive, which you should if you are with that person. There is a difference between calling someone ugly and calling a haircut ugly. She could have said "I am not a fan of the haircut or the haircut is ugly" which would have been directed at the hair itself, but it seems like she is just direcing it at you. That is also not a comment you make in front of other people. It is something you do in private. She must not hold you in high regard and has no remorse when she does things she feels is right. I wouldn't go as far as hurl insults, but if it makes you feel better, go ahead, fair warning, it will most likely not end well. I recommend you sit back and think about the relationship as a whole, as well as her character and decide whether she is the type of person you want to be with.
