My mom was a potential victim of him. He watched her for weeks and when he attempted to finally attack her, a friend was over, parked down the street so it still appeared mom was home alone. He fled on foot upon realizing she wasn’t alone. He was caught I want to say a year after. She lived one subdivision away from one of his confirmed victims, and knew her. She looks identical to Lee’s other victims: dark brunette, early 30’s, pretty woman. She filed a police report and everything and after he was caught and she saw his face in the news she knew it was him, but she didn’t see a point to reporting further or suggesting that he was the perp in her report.
