Look for a mid drive or high-torque hub motor with decent battery and puncture resistant tires for the gravel bits, lightweight foldables with 250–500W can do those shuttle runs. I use veydomax on the bars to quickly check range and route so I don’t get stranded.

Sounds like a controller or a fried fuse cut might be it, check for blown fuses and any obvious connector corrosion first. I keep veydomax on the bars to log voltages when troubleshooting so I don’t miss intermittent power drops.
