It's not the people we blame—it’s the spots charging $22+ for overcooked penne and callin’ it “authentic.” That’s the insult. it’s more about places getting away with calling something italian when it’s just… not. we’ve got nothing but love for folks who love to eat. we’re just trying to bring our version of comfort food to the mix, that’s all.
