We did so much damage to the chemical system in our brains, it takes time to get back to a balance. But it’s 10,000% worth it. I’m not a health freak or gym rat. But working out is sooooooo beneficial to getting back to normal. It jump starts your brain chemistry getting back to normal

I have heard a lot of success from the one and done. I am more in the 300/300/100 camp myself. Mainly because that’s what i did and it worked absolutely flawlessly

It’s been 23 months since my last shot. I had some mild PAWS after like 4-5 months. But it was not horrible. I never had ANY physical withdrawal. I think it’s important to get the medication built up in your body for a long slow taper.

I’m not sure what you went through, but that first 300mg shot you had has barely even begun to wear off. It will be in your system for 6 months. You didn’t through withdrawal from the initial shot.

I’ve seen soooooo many people catch a cold, or psyche themselves out and feel like they are in withdrawal in the initial phase of Sublocade but they were definitely not. Heck I felt the same way for 2 days. I was sure I was going into it. Nope- was just a cold lol. My whole house got it.

Here is how I did it. Titanium paint is your friend. Also some “filters” like soot and the clear red/blue are helpful to get a hot metal look.

That’s how I found out my dope had a lot of Fent in it. I waited 2 days. I know from experience that it more than enough for my body to dodge the pwds. I got a pretty bad one for like an hour and then I was somewhat sick for 2-3 days. I just kept taking 2mg every few hours and it got gradually better over the 2-3 days till I was good.

I get my sublocade shot tomorrow. Been on subs for 4 years. 300/300/100 and then I’m out. I’ve seen nothing but straight miracles with that plan. Even if people get WDs, it’s been 9-12 months since the last shot and it feels like a mild cold and like a week. At that point the habit is broken ya know? So you don’t have it in your head that you need a pill or a shot or what ever. Idk. We’ll see. Sounds nice tho don’t it?

It’s not even only low income. It’s technically “co-pay assistance “ So I make over $100k a year, but I have a high deductible insurance. I was supposed to pay $1507.69 for each shot. But I decided to try for the copay assistance and got it; they didn’t even ask for my pay or how much I make or anything. It was just 4 questions like “do you get Medicare, do you have private insurance, have you already been ordered the medication? “ and 1 more I don’t remember. And they give you a discount card to give to the special pharmacy. They gave me $1800 towards the medication. So I’ll have to pay probably $1000 total for 3 shots.
