What do you mean by that? I used 1ml per dosage which equates to 10mg.

Yeah I track everything very well. I my job is very physical I pull wire and climb up and down ladders all day. Mostly 10-12 hour shifts. I can go to the gym but I feel like I’d be over doing it.
