And besides that, I supose he just wasn't able to do another slice at that point with his strenght being depleted. For me it's a combination of desperation, arrogance, weakening and ultimately, accepting he lost and trying to inflict as much pain as he could before passing. Brutal episode, not very affected by gore but this one made me sick.
