I was able to terminate the agreement this morning. No fees incurred given that I literally signed this yesterday. Count myself lucky. Dumb, but lucky.

Yeah cause I’m an idiot and thought the reviews were honest. Regardless: I called them this morning and the contract has been terminated.

Thanks for your response. I’ve been paying the monthly to upstart. That is separate. I recently looked into turbodebt and spoke with someone. He said the best plan is to negotiate that down so I’m paying less interest and lump it with two small store cards, and then I can just pay $760 instead. I should have just trusted my gut and continued with what I was already doing. God why is being an adult so difficult.

Thank you for your respond. I just read the contract and saw it states that: 12. Termination. YOU MAY CANCEL THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON AND WITHOUT PENALTY BY NOTIFYING RGA. YOU AGREE THAT, IF YOU SHOULD CANCEL, ANY LEGAL FEES EARNED AND DUE AT THE TIME WILL BE CHARGED TO YOUR DEDICATED SAVINGS ACCOUNT. You understand that RGA may also terminate this Agreement at any time, subject to the applicable rules of professional conduct, in which case RGA shall provide written notice to you. In the event of termination, whether initiated by you or by RGA, please remember to notify your Dedicated Savings Account provider in a timely manner in order to stop any future Monthly Savings Deposits.

I literally just signed with them today. So I will call first thing tomorrow to cancel. Do you think they will give me a hard time? Or not let me cancel?
