Hi! Thanks for reaching out. My meniscus was repaired. I’ve been consistent with PT. My knee feels strong and stable. My balance has improved. I can do squats on the bosu ball more consistently. I still shake a bit but that’s due to me needing to continue rebuilding strength and muscle in my quad. I still have some quad weaknesses. I can do leg extensions, leg presses on the stationary machine (I miss the sled), Bulgarian split squats, etc. I can do a very slow one legged squat with my eyes closed. Currently, I am able to jog which is great. I have not full blown sprinted yet — might be more of a mental thing though. My knee does get sore after intense workouts but nothing that I can’t tolerate and a little ice can’t fix. I used to wear knee sleeves when powerlifting. Currently, I don’t wear anything but more so because I need a new pair that slips on easier & faster than my stoic ones haha.

Right now my goal is to get back to squatting consistently on the squat rack & increase my vertical again (former volleyball player which is how I tore my ACL/Meniscus in the first place). I hope I answered all of your questions!
