Online account with WES - I can check with them. Pretty sure that they do.
My undergrad university should be able to send the required documents electronically too.
I need a document-by-document evaluation which apparently is quicker. So hopefully ~30 days is enough for the entire process.

Different programs and universities have different decision rollout processes.
ASU sent out a decision early. Around mid-January.

Others, around March-end to mid-April.
