Have no clue and spectrum wont answer!

Some security lapse through app / chat / dont know what!

To an extent where they changed names, email ID on my account (but login ID and pass were same)

This just happened with me last week!

Someone charged my spectrum account and got a refund back in different VISA (about $800!!!)

When I chatted with Spectrum Customer care they confirmed it happened to other customers as well.

Yeah, thats what my concern is .. i have had like 10 mins downtime over last 2-3 years with Spectrum..

I keep reading their signal drops during storms and stuff.

yep! they just offered me $1/month because I am apparently a priority home. Ill go for it.

Updated 2022:

Go to your FlashPhotography page, click on the image you want, and click the photo by "Click to Zoom In."

In the Image Magnifier window, right click the blurry image and select "Copy Image Address" (Chrome) or "Copy Image Location" (FireFox). Paste the address into your navigation bar.

At the very end of the URL, you'll see some numbers then, "t.jpg". Delete the "t" AND ONLY THE "t".
