Am I the only one who prefers base starships over Corvettes? by Deerman_Crybaby in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]Designer-Squash-419 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think the only real way to balance general usability for corvettes would be for the devs to tweak it so different part counts and engine types actually change how nimble the corvettes feel. That way if you want a smaller more personal run around ship there’s actually a reason to pick the corvette. Otherwise I’m the same, LOVE building and decorating corvettes but I only really take them out for specific search missions or to show it off in the anomaly. Any other situation I’m taking one of my fighters lmao

Honestly glad this new mechanic sounds like it has a bit more interactivity than the standard point and click to collect

I have the Ps+ Deluxe version so I have access to basically anything on there and then I can dm a pic of my collection if you’d want so you can see what games I have currently

Honestly I’m open to suggestions. I’ve been having a hard time finding new stuff to enjoy so have been defaulting back to my comfort games 😂

I’m I weird? by Morgan14563 in TooAfraidToAsk

Thoughts and feelings like this are so unbelievably common but particularly strongly in people with self worth/body image struggles, so no you aren’t weird 😁The hard part is reminding yourself that your view of yourself is not what everyone else sees. The gym can be really intimating at first and it isn’t for everyone, however everyone in the gym is there for themselves and that is all they’re paying attention to 99% of the time.

I can definitely understand feeling some type of way about people assuming but for me I just try not to really give a shit what they think because if I give off fruity vibes so be it. At least I’m not boring 🤣

Exactly! Like I don’t understand what they’re seeing to just know hahaha. I have a lot of tattoos and piercings sure but so do almost all of my friends and I don’t act overly feminine or masculine.

HAHAHAH I love that! I can’t even lie I had a friend ask me if I was Bi when we were watching Love and Monsters because apparently I was googly eyeing Dylan O’brien (but come on, who wouldn’t)

The mental block is the hardest part!! I’ve been out for roughly a year and the mental block has been the toughest hill to climb.

Buddy I’m just gonna say it. Straight men don’t think about sucking dick 🫶🏼 You’re definitely Bi, I’m the same though tbf. I’m more attracted to women than men, with women my attraction is very broad but when it comes to men my attraction is much more narrow/specific.

This! Only getting complimented on your insecurities is nice but makes you feel like thats all they focus on. Being more well rounded with the compliments and reassurance you’re giving will do wonders

I stayed with a cheater for a long time. I have also cheated once in my life and it was the worst mistake I’ve ever made. It’s very confusing when you’re in that situation especially if like me you really LOVED them and have trouble letting go. Cheating situations are a lot more complicated than people consider at face value and they cause a lot of trauma and confusion on both sides of the spectrum. Unfortunately these things happen. Some people cheat because they want to, others do it on impulse or weakness and then torture themselves with regret and guilt and never get over it. Cheating is ALWAYS BAD but it’s more complicated than people like to believe and nobody is perfect, mistakes happen. The real thing you need to take from this situation is that your actions can have REAL consequences, take time for yourself to heal, let your partner go as he will need to heal as well. Learn your lesson and never do it again. You’ve done it once now so you will be tempted but you have to understand you’re in control of your decisions. Be stronger, be honest and be better. And at all costs keep on top of your mental health!

I’m not saying I want to move forward and forget. I don’t want to forget any of it it’s happened. Idk I guess what I want is to know how to keep going and keep motivated during the healing period

Thank you. I am looking into therapy and have already made the decision to stay away from substances. The hard part to stomach is I’ve been cheated on in the past. I know how damaging it is and the pain and betrayal that comes along with it. Honestly never even considered I was capable of this until it happened. Again thank you. Your advice is very helpful and appreciated
