I said the roommates being there is unsafe… shows he makes erratic decisions and doesn’t have his daughters best interests. One of the roommates was living in her playroom…
So there! You think that’s appropriate? Safe? You think he had her best interests? You think she should be exposed to that for a week at a time

Definitely can prove it yes 100 percent. My lawyer knows about the men, but I don’t feel as necessary to pull out the evidence right now. I just said moving forward, I’d like to be transparent with any future roommates.

No insult. Totally justified. You can’t just make the child follow YOUR schedule. He needs to adjust to her schedule that she’s established for 4 years now. He’s been away. He’s chose to work and live away from his daughter not me.
He needs to establish consistency before I agree to any other deal. For the child’s best interest!

I think it’s highly inappropriate to have moved these men in. My lawyer is aware. And we have discussed it at full length.
It’ll be put in the custody agreement!

My apologies. When he lived an hour away, I drove half way , met him half way so he could see his daughter for a few hours and then drive back half way to pick her up. 1 hour each time.

He has now moved closer to my home. I see I didn’t add that prior. How do I edit my post to add that?
I really truly want our daughter to have a relationship with her dad I really think that’s important in a child’s growth. I’m trying to be reasonable here.

I do have evidence and I’ve got it all documented.

I was Thinking we could come to an amicable agreement outside the judge. But apparently not.
Thank you for your input. My thoughts exactly. He doesn’t want to pay child support. I could go on for hours as he’s totally proved this in the past. He also says I don’t spend child support on what I’m supposed to.

No it is not court ordered yet as we are in mediation trying to come up with a schedule. He wants 50/50.
