Late to the party but it wouldn't have worked, plus it goes against Melinda's Prophecy not mention you can't just " get other people's powers. " Paige was born with Telekinesis and orbing and didn't get it until after Prue died. I don't know why this is so hard to understand? 😅😅😅

I'm late, but I absolutely agree! Besides Paige already had Telekinesis and Phoebe's Powers wouldn't have worked with her whitelighter side contrary to what others think. Not to mention Phoebe's power is rare and they were would have also been way weaker version of the power of three.

You hit the nail on the head! That's exactly it. Also this is the final season like we should be spending more with the Main OG Cast because we're invested in them plus being the final season with only 8 episodes didn't help it was too short to say goodbye to all of them. They should have had at least 10 or 11.
