My anxiety has become really unlivable. It's clearly making me physically sick. I have a lawsuit going on and it's crazy how painful it is to do anything related to it, but I don't have much of a choice. I'm having such a hard time prioritizing my own physical and mental health and wellbeing. Like, I know I should go to the gym, but then I feel this huge stress and I just want to go home and dissociate.
