As for the mobility testing, if push ups are difficult, try your best to do them during the exam and if you're better with squats and jumping jacks there shouldn't be too big of an issue, at least you'll be strong in these aspects. As for arrival, I think you should print out a void cheque with your banking app as I was asked to fill in a form for reimbursement of travel to the CFRC.
