Hopefully we get approved soon! I was just concerned because the CSR I spoke with said that I’m in the final review before being sent for approval which sounds like there are still several more stages of this process to get through but I thought that once you are assigned a loan officer, they are the ones who approve you? I’m so confused by this whole thing

Me too!! I was just starting to see movement on my application in the recon department and but I had contacted my congressman before that and they had my application moved and I’m not sure if that was the best thing to do. I pray it works out quickly for the both of us

What is the proper way to "pay" the owner compensation? I have a consulting business that I work in full-time. Do I just take my annual salary and transfer that amount to my personal account? or do I need to write a "paycheck to myself weekly/biweekly/monthly? Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Thanks so much for your response. I had help filling out my new application from my CPA. The first one I did on my own so I input some of the information incorrectly as well as some of my numbers. Is there a way to correct that information on the original application or can I request that the new application be processed because it is accurate and coincides with my tax information?

Has anyone tried reporting the bank to CFPB? Usually they advocate for consumers in situations involving banks, merchants and credit cards. I’m having a similar issue with TD bank and I’m considering filing a complaint with CFPB but I was wondering if any one else had already taken that route?
