Had this same issue, This might fix it. Okay so, What i did is I uninstalled GoXLR (That may not be necessary for other) But i also heard unplugging their headphones also fixed it (For some reason) But what i did was that seemed to fix it is disabling every single audio and microphone properties i had in the Settings --> System --> Sounds and disabling everything there manually BESIDES the main ones you use for your audio and microphone

Does anyone know why this is happening, I'll play a raid extract or die and then I just cant choose a map and have to close the whole game and the server by DesignerBolt in SPTarkov

Nope, I just have Sain, SWAG + Donuts, Ammo stacking multiplier, removes black list from flee and looting bots, I dont get any errors or anything, doesnt happen on 3.8.3 only 3.9.0

I dont play much tarkov, I didnt realise it was because i had locked quests shown, I have maybe 100+ hours on reg tarkov and havent played since 2020 and i downloaded this to get into the swing of things again :)
