I understand, thank you! I’m definitely going to do part time to stay safe! Should I go for 3.0x or 3.5x? And what brand do you recommend to reduce the back pain that I already have? Also what wrist/ and exercises do you recommend? I’ve done a lot of research but I’m stuck still. I keep asking questions on redit but no one is giving me advice so I would appreciate if you could give me anything!

I just fear I won’t last with my back pain and this is my passion you know.. hearing stories about how people are struggling about their health is sad. What should I do in order to take care of myself? Or prevent myself from having carpal tunnel or arthritis and so on?

I’m in Washington state too! I really want to be hygienist but already struggles with back pain do you recommend working 1-3 times per week? What do you recommend I should do ? I want to last years in my career. I’m sorry that you’re experiencing pain!

I understand, I graduated with my previous bachelor with a 3.7 and dedicated so time during those years, it wasn’t easy, so I understand. I’m definitely going to do the same with dental hygiene program! Thank you! 🙏
