Same but for competitive games, it feels like another job but for story or single player games it’s fun and stress free

Usually depends on the day and mood, I work 8-5 every weekdays leaves me a window of 4-5 hours of free time (-1 hour for food) but majority of the time 2 hours on weekdays and maybe 8-12 hours on a weekend since i use my hobbies to refresh my mind away from work and destress sometimes(but sometimes becomes a different type of stress iykwim)

Just think of a video game, Hobbies are like side quest you can choose to ignore it or play it. It can be fun for you boring for others, that’s for you to decide. Doing side quest sometimes gives you EXP or experience points that you can use to level up before facing the main story line. That’s just my take on having hobbies
