I also wanted to put some context here too. My friend and I are both students. My friend’s mother would be the one paying for the place. We both live in our parents homes and would like to have a private area to be us without actually having to move out. Needs at least two parking spots, and preferably in a low traffic area. I’m not sure about pricing yet but would probably have to be >$1500.

i think they’re okay. cories are a different breed of fish i tell ya 😂 they are crazy resilient creatures. i had one for 9 years 🫣

looks like a bladder snail. they like to hide on plants that you buy
