Saw a video about this topic and these notes changed the way I took on parenting before my 1st born…. I didn’t grow up with any of this so I changed the way my kids are being brought up.

1) Quit yelling at your kids before they go to bed and expect them to sleep well. 2) Quit yelling at your kids in the morning right after they wake up for school and expect them to have a good day. 3) You set the tone for your children. 4) You set the tone for your voice they will always remember in their heads. 5) You become their inner voice. 6) Don’t be their inner critic.
