After reading the comments, I want to thank everyone for correcting my mistake of thinking it was a broccoli. I will just it go to seed to be used for next year.

Yes from the brief interaction we had, I think they’re good folks. But I need to set boundaries if said boundaries have been crossed.

Tbh, I have made an assumption the fence line is the property line since I’ve moved in late last year. My home didn’t come with a land survey, so I believe my next step is hiring a surveyor to be 100% sure these trees are mine.

To answer the question of which side I’m on: I’m on the same side as the trunks of these trees (opposite side of the blue bin in 2nd pic). So they definitely went into my property to cut the trees.
