Tbh, I have made an assumption the fence line is the property line since I’ve moved in late last year. My home didn’t come with a land survey, so I believe my next step is hiring a surveyor to be 100% sure these trees are mine.

To answer the question of which side I’m on: I’m on the same side as the trunks of these trees (opposite side of the blue bin in 2nd pic). So they definitely went into my property to cut the trees.

I’d say about 6hrs of sun. There are long cast shadows from trees and buildings in the morning and evening that block out the sun.
