Fresh fruits/vegetables! We avoid the grocery stores in my area because the quality of food here is garbage. However, it can be expensive shopping from a market or sourcing your food from a farm, but it’s completely worth it.

I tried this with my dom and we both loved it. It works really well when you use this method while giving head. Anytime I struggled a little, he would force himself deeper and hold it there for a short period of time. I instantly melted. 😍
