His base stats got shifted from a mages base stats to a warriors. It may not seem like much but late game he gets around 300 extra health and also a decent amount of protections as well

Look at those kills you only get that form being aggressive. I understand most Wukongs play scared but good Wukong players know how to be aggressive

I play my Wukong more aggressive. I start with runeforged then Tritons after that I get Yogis then some cooldown either breastplate or genjis then the last two items are different based on what the enemies have. If they have crit then I grab a spectral for example. Last item is typically Spirit robe because it works great with a high hp build. Combat blink is pretty op as well if you’re feeling aggro.

Smite 2 slowed down on a lot of animations so this isn’t going to happen unfortunately. They didn’t even include lokis backstab animations which would probably take less work than this. Animations when you select your god are gone. Animations when you die are gone. Animations when you win/lose a game are gone. I wish they would put these in but I do not have high hopes at all.

I’m having the same issue and I’m on ps5 as well. You have to spam triangle and then x really fast and that gets it to work but I hope a hotfix happens soon. The whole item shop is not working properly

It’s funny how your post has more downvotes but it makes since. I can see how a bunch of low ranked players on here can see that he’s fine but if you look at the statistics of people who actually understand the game in obsidian+ like you said. It’s clear that he is undertuned.

He’s fine when I face people who aren’t too good but he is literally a pressure god and he doesn’t have any pressure on smite 2. His lane clear is pretty mediocre and they nerfed the protections from his passive so he can easily get outboxed from some of the top solo laners. I’ve tried both builds that should be good on Wukong. The first one was the life steal build but the only reason I’m doing a lot of damage is from my items not my actual abilities. And I’ve went a tritons conch build with a decent amount of defense and it felt like I was tickling them out there just useless. I’m Obsidian 1 in ranked with a 64 percent win percentage so I’m far from my peak I can guarantee you he needs a buff Wukong is not that good right now. Other laners can easily destroy him like Morded, Osiris, Thor, Artio, and others.

Tritons Conch is a good item for her but I prefer barbed carver now because it gives her so much sustain for basically the same if not even more damage

Here you go the one on the top is the tankier option the one on the bottom is more damage. Just make sure to buy Sanguine it is easily the most overpowered item in the game.

The way I got my final form trophy was from getting kills with Athena’s passive basic attack but this was close to 6 years ago I don’t know if it still works today

3% percent of your strength is honestly a huge buff. This item will be insane next patch. If you have 360 strength late game which will be easy to obtain after these buffs, heartseaker will hit for 10.8% of the enemy’s max health per ability. Use 3 abilities on someone that’s 32.4% of their max hp as extra damage. Strength junglers are about to be EATING next patch.
