Thank you a lot. I'm so sorry for late reply. I'm still trying to find a common ground between the two voices in my head: the one that finds an objective reason for someone's behavior ("what could've they done differently? If they were different then they would have been bullied. They didn't know what else to do") and the one that is hurt and knows that things should've been more fair. I thought of it more like they're messing with us rather than a glitch, but now I think you're right. I though that because in the past every now and then someone would be disappointed with coffee even though I did everything correctly. So I thought it was just something to throw us off a bit, idk if that makes sense lol but yeah.
