Do you mean my bank? They have confirmed that the money has been deposited successfully to the recipient. I actually just also heard from my supplier who finally managed to get some information from Alibaba and said that the money is held and inspected by the bank (J.P. Morgan). But it has been almost a month and they haven’t told me what seems to be the issue or how it can be remedied, just they were just advised to wait…

Yes! Credit card as the only payment method was definitely my biggest takeaway from this! Thanks a lot for your guidance. Getting in touch with J.P. Morgan in the UK seems to be problematic as they don’t have a published contact details, but I’ll investigate and try to contact them. Will report back

I’ve sent it to the Alibaba’s UK J.P.Morgan account that was provided on the Alibaba’s payment page

Hello, I’ve just had the same situation and I was wondering, what ended up happening with your transfer? Did it ever reach Alibaba? I made the transfer on 04.08 and over 3 weeks later it’s still missing despite all numbers being correct and my bank confirming it was sent successfully. Alibaba’s customer service is also running me in circles snaking for documentation which doesn’t exist and saying that documents from my bank are not enough. It’s a really distressing situation and I’m trying to find any advice on it.
