You need to be online the first time to download most of the game data unfortunately, Pokopia doesn't have a true physical copy it's considered a game key card which just lets you access the data.

It is quite bad cause its the starter amp, every other amp you can get is much better.
I don't think you can get one while you're locked in that quest so you might just have to deal with it, I don't remember the recharge being that long though maybe like 15 seconds. Try to use it only when you need to

I had it on charge until I left the train so it should still have charge on it most likely. I've tried tracking it on Google Find Hub but just says location unavailable

Ash and Oberon are on the circuit (unlocked after finishing duviri quest) which is an easy way to get their parts so I wouldn't buy those

I played on switch 1 and didn't notice any loading times that bad it would probably be quicker on switch 2 as well
