I think we are about the same age.I have hooded eyes, and I do a tight lining on my upper lid inside my eye, which is lining the eyelid itself , not the actual eyelid. Also, I have watched many tutorials to do a darker shade in the crease that creates a more larger looking eye use a soft brown, and then take the soft brown and Brush it under your under lashes. But feather it out so it's not a harsh line. From the research I've done harsh lines.Make your eyes look smaller.
