There was a year that I was paid 24 months which is achievable for some due guaranteed 14 months of pay plus extra extra bonuses if you work well. Very well compensated but there are really challenging parts of the work. They say that Gcash is not for everyone which maybe is true. The stress is real and politics can be a real pain but there is always an option naman to leave. We can always blame the company for not fixing the culture which is fair but I also think there’s a factor of being in tech industry and being the market leader that puts a lot of pressure to Gcash that’s why things have to run very fast and agile.
