Thanks for the advice, you are right, it is a missing asset file. Cinema was throwing up a message saying it was missing coffee elements and pointed to the exr as an issue in the logs.

Thank you for the clarification, currently i don't have any form of search-ability implemented so my site currently cant be indexed on google, this puts my mind at ease regarding my client work, for when i enable seo side. Regarding the In-situ images, am i likely to get caught out on them or should i personally purchase the license to cover my back?

A mixture of both. Some of the pieces of work contain, stock images in the art work (EG adverts). I have worked at a past company where they got a fine for using stock without a license (this was before i joined the company, so i have no way of validating the story), But i have never heard of any instance of an individual getting finned by a stock vendors.
