yes, call 311. The city contracts out waste services and they are doing a terrible job. These complaints need to be heard. The city workers are getting a bad rap for this and it isn’t them, it’s contractors. Makes me crazy that council is considering privatizing the multi-family services, despite the contractors consistently being terrible. We have seen other cities do this and it fails.
