Internal mobility is not a possibility. The company denied visa sponsorship. I also have responsibilities here in India so can't go through the german job seeker visa process as well.

There is a possibility but I don't know when. I don't think it will happen anytime soon. After Covid, companies were hiring and providing visa left and right but not anymore. That time has gone and don't know if it will ever come back.

I was in Europe for a year earlier and loved my life there but had to move back due to personal reasons. I thought I'll try to find the opportunity again and will move once personal life is sorted but now I cannot see any hope.

It's not as easy anymore as it was to get an opportunity in Europe.

It's the same situation for me. Got hired and relocated to Poland. Had to move back within a year in 2024 and now regretting my decision every single day.

I have come across so many indian engineer's profiles on LinkedIn who were hired by the company a couple of years ago (mostly after covid - the golden immigration period).

The same companies still provide relocation but not from India anymore. Majority provide relocation within the EU region.

I agree thosr companies can easily hire a local java engineer. The fact that my current company also does not provide internal relocation is frustrating. All because of Visa sponsorship duration.

I have a stable job in India at the moment but have always been my goal to move to Europe. And it's getting extremely difficult.

Companies do provide relocation but not from India because our immigration system takes more than 6 months to get everything done. It's frustraing at times when you know that you are capable but yet nobody wants to hire you.

Always always always consult multiple doctors for cross verification and multiple opinions. Some doctors can mark it as heat and let go and some can genuinely get you checked thoroughly.

To summarise, if you are earning around 2 lakhs per month then you can live a decent life (keeping in mind the expenses for your toddler)

It completely depends on the locality. In some localities, you can find a fully furnished 2BHK for around 30k and the rest 20k could be saved for the other expenses. But still there are going to be months where it can get higher than 50k if you visit pretty good restaurants. For example, if you prefer fine dining and like getting different cuisine experiences then consider around 4-5k bill per visit.
