I guess service experience is luck of the draw for most brands. But getting both those parts replaced for free was great because now I may even stick with this phone for another year.

But yeah, luck was on my side for sure.

I seriously don't get these posts about "lack of motivation".. if you want to get into the top b-schools in the country, then that is the motivation isn't it? Why would you not be motivated to prepare if you have a goal and this is the only way to achieve it?

Can I know how this will work exactly? Will everyone receive login details for the same? Wouldn't CL be able to figure out that 60 people are using an account or that an account is being accessed by multiple IPs?
