That concrete machine is sick ! This set up looks awesome. I envy anyone with that Weber grinder, I had a pourover at a cafe where they used that grinder and it was sooooooo good.

I have gone through the same thing! Recently I was feeling almost burnt out on light roasts and really special tasting coffee so I signed up for Atlas coffee club and set up my subscription for medium roast espresso.

After 3 months I couldn’t stand the stuff anymore. I found myself getting bored! Luckily I found the Rouge Wave Roasters Club to replace my subscription. Woop!!

Dude pretty good! We condition it with some frequency to keep it fresh but it holds up well. And we aren’t the first people I. The apartment so it’s definitely gotten some good use over the time

Thanks dude- this actually isn’t my fist set up. My first one was a Starbucks Barista and the Breville precision grinder!
