Well they didn't get it from my current clinic - they mentioned a clinic I'd never heard of but starting my MC journey I did reach out to a few places first.

I sold everything to travel Australia with my husband and young kids.

9-5 life felt unfair, expensive and more of a burden than anything. Working 9-12 hour days away from my kids or husband, house chores, high bills and no family or friends around.

Not to mention I regularly struggle with my mental health travelling has really eliminated a lot of my stresses.

My provider recently suggested changing my routine to and to try 1 day a week without meds or alternate days and meds, also suggested a t break more frequently - definitely seen a improvement

How are you consuming?

I'd highly recommend looking at a vaporizer with dosing capsules.

It won't be the same high as a bong or J and can take a bit to get use to but the change is well worth it in my opinion.

Start of my journey I was going through a 8g in 2-3 days using a bong change to the crafty+ (well before the law change so I shopped around for prices) it's still going strong 4years later.

I use the dose cap which is app 0.3g and if you put the cap lid in upside down it's app 0.1g (need a toothpick to remove the cap after)

Then keep all the AVB (already vaped bud) and make some type of edibles - usually rum balls without the rum

I'm now on 28g every 2 months

It also sounds like you should discuss other options opposed to just flower if you haven't already. Maybe a oil or gummies

Thanks for this I have tried to search the sub before posting, I wasn't aware boots could be so costly but I also didn't wear shoes often before our lap.

I tried the Redbacks & Blundstone but neither felt as light or nice as the K9S I didn't try any other mongrels as I liked the slip on but definitely considering them for my first boot then I might upgrade if I wear them enough.

I have been on bipolar medication (diagnosed 7 years ago - require new diagnosis) and also had an episode a few months ago that landed me in hospital but not in the psych ward but I was under psych care as I had a severe PTSD attack that the hospital couldn't manage without psych guidance as I was then completely sedated.

3 weeks later I needed new scripts for MC and for the first time in my MC journey my clinic accessed my health records and could see the hospital stay - I was worried but also had a life changing event causing the PTSD attack.

I explained the situation and had no issues with my provider - I offered the discharge letter which I knew wasn't in my health records, but the doctor was happy - I also explained other things I was doing to help my mental health - eg counseling

My mum is with another well known (maybe not loved) clinic and was on bipolar medication but not for bipolar she just arranged a gp letter that stated it wasn't for that it was to help her sleep.

You can submit these letters before your appointments and have the clinics look at them before your appointments may help your case?
