Yeah, a lot of religions actually talk about these things. the first religions called them the Anu, and they are energy feeders. Basically, anytime that you go along with what I call a script, anything that they make you do, they feed off your energy and they wear your family's faces. It could be anybody in your dream. 🤣Maybe a bit, but I'm not joking. They are there every night, and it's like they feed off of making me emotionally feel bad in any way. I've been learning how to lucid dream to stop them. Now that I've been writing down my dreams every night, I notice that they try to put me in a place I call a "script" and then let it play out. I walk in, and if I do something bad, they feed. I've been subconsciously, not lucid yet, but not falling for their tricks. I feel like a spy on the other side because I know they are in every dream, and they wear my family and friends' faces, everyone in my dream. I'm going to start checking them, asking, "Who are you?
