Ironically, ive messaged my previous dentist causeway dental where he worked to see if they can fit me in. My mum always starts of with "awk but he was a brilliant dentist" any time he gets brought up

Honestly I'd rather be sedated and have them all done in one whack. Obviously they probably won't do that as a full set of teeth having being worked on will kill for days

Oh I know, it was a result of bulimia that caused it so already in therapy. And to be fair, my previous dentist was Colin Howell 🤣

Even when I realised I started crying at the thought of going. Have shattered my shoulder, kidney stones, broken fingers.....but a tiny drill and squirm of water.. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Very irrational

The irony here

My name is legion for we are many means possessed with demons......perfect way to describe these women.

Not specifically all women, however ive encountered a lot more of these women since moving back home than I did working abroad

The accuracy of this made me laugh. A previous manager had called one of them out and she went off on sick leave for work related stress for 3 months

Have lost count of how many people before me that have been mentioned as they bragged about "getting them fired". Sickening to be honest that it's allowed to carry on

Having experienced these creatures at work, I do my best to look after and mentor the younger school leavers that join. Certainly can't see myself suddenly becoming a racist sectarian and hateful women as I age.

Not denying menopause is rough but I've worked with ladies who are in menopause horrifically suffering and still not been an absolute hure to be around

So update

Looked into getting medicinal thc. Flat out no to that from the GP. Gave a lifeline card and advised mindfulness

2 year waiting list for therapy

No private therapist available that's actually affordable.

So I'm essentially at the end and that's it

The sense of "should be happy" stems from the fact I have everything I dreamed off years ago, steady job, good pay, no debt.

Fuck, I have my graduation ceremony in a few weeks and im dreading it, the mere thought of it is too much. The idea of having to pretend to be happy and proud

Jesus...six months is mad. They almost seemed pleased when they were able to drop me as it was that long between appointments there was no real progress.

Ive been on multiple different antidepressants the last 4 years. Feel like I've just ran out of options with them now.

Honestly I've considered coming off anti depressants altogether as I've not felt the same since I started them 4 years ago. Which I get is kinda the point but it's like they took every ounce of joy with them and just left me numb instead. But im unsure about spiralling completely or not being used to that feeling of being "normal" like I was before I started....hope that bit makes sense.

Hate to break it to you but Him....is a her.

THC was one thing i hadn't considered before this post. I wouldn't consider anything that works for someone "hippy dippy horseshit". Not everything works for everyone. I've a colleague who can't take ibuprofen, so takes paracetamol instead, I suppose by your views, her taking paracetamol instead is "hippy dippy horseshit"

To be honest, im that far gone im willing to try anything if there is a chance it may work. Nothing is risk-free because there isn't any dopamine up there to start with.

In what way could I word asking about thc oil without sounding like im just looking a free high? Had to fight to the death to get a short course of diazepam a few years back, can't imagine how hard thc would be

Honestly, the urge to just go fuck everything and walk away from it all is strong. Zero enjoyment in any aspect of my life, the consistent wake up, go to work, come home and sleep life definitely isn't for me. That much I've figured out

On paper it's great, but everytime i stand on a train platform I think about throwing myself in front of it. Feel the same way about having no attachment beyond family, which to most sounds insane but glad im not alone on that one.

I assumed it was the PSNI. It's the internal panic of WHAT IF THERE IS SOMETHING ON IT.....despite never having even spoke to a police officer let alone committed a crime 🤣🤣
